All Ghost Fire products are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and manufacturing. However, this limited warranty does not cover wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, damaged by rough handling during transport e.g. airlines, unless they are deemed at Ghost Fire's discretion to have a defect in the materials or manufacturing.

Returns

To return the product, contact the dealer from whom you purchased from and include the following information:

• Photos of the alleged defect and the rest of the product as well
• A copy of your receipt 
• A photo of the model tag if applicable
• A photo of the run number for the product
• Your full address
• Your mobile phone number (including country and area codes).

If you reside in a country where we have no distributors/dealers (yet), we will do everything we can to process your claim, however:

• You may be responsible for shipping charges and applicable taxes;
• There may even be customs charges which you will have to pay; and...
• We may not be able to process your claim at all unless you can provide an address to which we can ship without unreasonable costs.

Ningbo Ghost Fire Instrument Co. LTD ("Ghost Fire") warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and manufacture under normal and proper usage and service for the life of the product. Ghost Fire's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Ghost Fire's option, products, or parts determined by Ghost Fire to be defective in materials or manufacture. If the product has been superseded, replacement will be made with a current model of the same quality and equivalent function.

All warranty claims must be made in writing, by mail or email, giving full product details, supporting photos and details, and proof of purchase as outlined above. Ghost Fire will then determine if the issue is covered under warranty and, if so covered, will issue a replacement along with a return label for sending the defective product back to Ghost Fire (at the discretion of your local dealer). This warranty is given to the original purchaser of the products only and cannot be assigned, except with the prior written agreement of Ghost Fire.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: (1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by anyone other than Ghost Fire; (2) physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof; (3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; (4) shipment of the product; or (5) products not purchased from an authorized Ghost Fire distributor/dealer. This warranty does not cover apparel. Ghost Fire reserves the right to revise product warranty and other store policies without notice.
